Advance Payment on Large COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above PKR 10,000, a 5% advance payment is required to confirm the order. The remaining 95% is payable upon delivery. You may also choose to pay 100% in advance.

At PREET RANG, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, reliable, and convenient. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

1. Nationwide Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. During sales, promotions, new collection launches, or high order volumes, processing may take longer. For COD orders, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to your location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

4. Shipping Charges

Free delivery on all orders above PKR 4,999. For orders below PKR 4,999, standard delivery charges apply and are shown at checkout. Charges and free-delivery offers may change during promotions, and the charges shown at checkout when you place your order will apply.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for eligible orders and locations across Pakistan. Please provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address. Orders above PKR 10,000 are subject to the advance payment requirement stated above.

6. Accurate Delivery Information

Please provide complete and correct details: full name, mobile number, complete address, area, city, and postal code (where applicable). PREET RANG is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information. To change your details, contact us before your order is dispatched.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information may be shared via the contact details you provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the courier receives the parcel.

8. Delayed Deliveries

Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, road closures, high order volumes, incorrect delivery information, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will assist you.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because you are unavailable, your phone is unreachable, the address is incorrect, or the parcel is refused, the courier may return it to us. Re-shipping a returned order may involve additional delivery charges.

10. Refused COD Orders

Please accept the orders you have confirmed. Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in COD being restricted on your future orders.

11. Damaged Packages

If your parcel looks damaged, opened, or tampered with at delivery, please tell the courier representative immediately. Take clear photos or videos of the package and contact us as soon as possible.

12. Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive a wrong or missing item, contact us as soon as possible with:

Order number
Customer name
Registered phone number
Clear photos/videos of the parcel
Details of the issue

After reviewing your case, we will assist you according to our Exchange Policy.

13. Exchange Policy – No Refunds

PREET RANG does not offer refunds. This means no cash, bank, or store-credit refunds. We offer exchanges only for eligible products, as described in our Exchange Policy. Please review the Exchange Policy before requesting an exchange. Any exchange shipping charges are handled according to that policy.
