Return & Exchange Policy

At [PREET RANG], we value customer satisfaction and quality.

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

• The issue must be reported within 1 hour of receiving the parcel

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof (without cuts or edits)

⚠️ Important Notes:

• No return or exchange will be accepted after 1 hour

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

Delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount
4% courier service tax will also be deducted as charged by the courier company

Refund Policy

• Once your returned parcel is received and inspected, you will be notified

• After approval, your refund will be processed

• Refund will be issued within 7 working days after we receive the parcel

• Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• Courier deductions and taxes will be adjusted accordingly
